It's been two weeks since the three "Js", Jessie, Jay and Jake, installed our BEAUTIFUL and functional tiles in our home. Not only are the floors gorgeous (pavers- brick) but I no longer have to mop every other day. This group of professional men were detailed and thorough in laying the pavers, they were a joy to be around. Not only did they move carefully all of our belongings, including a huge pantry, they placed everything back EXACTLY the way it was. The pantry was such a huge job that I told them to forget laying the tiles down in there. They talked me out of it. I literally cried when I walked in the room the next morning and saw the pantry all done and every shelf, wine rack, etc. was exactly as it had been. From start to finish working with Tony and his staff was so easy. We had not done anything of this magnitude and it was scary at first. Allof the men who worked on our bathroom remodel were polite,skilled and never left any mess. I wouldnt hesitate to reccomend Carpets Plus for all household needs.

They ordered floor samples we had looked at on-line that they didn't have in stock. We zeroed in on one that we liked and they ordered a case of that flooring so that we could lay it out in our home to verify that it was what we wanted. We felt that the installed price they quoted was fair, but we didn't get any competing bids. (We like to support our local business whenever possible.) The installers were polite, accommodating, and professional. They did an excellent job of fitting the wood flooring around an uneven stone hearth. The owner, Tony Fry, was the one who sold and installed the original carpet and tile flooring in our house. You have to be good and honest to stay in business for 19 years in a small town.
